Placements for Batch 2007-'09 at SITM reiterated the confidence of the IT & Telecom Industry in the competence and capability of the students. Telecom and Information Technology has always been our forte but this time, with added emphasis on inputs from finance and other verticals in the course curriculum, the confidence shown by Consultancies, BPO, System & Network Integrators and Equipment Vendors just renewed our resolve to manifest our abilities and worth in arenas rapidly becoming another feather in our collective head.

SITM students figure regularly among the winners of various national level competitions like XLRI X-Treme, AIMA-Infosys National Students Management Game and Techie-Kaun at SCIT. Flagship events like the annual National Telecom Seminar - Communique and the Telecom Grandmasters Quiz evoke unequivocal interest and passion amongst corporate leaders and students alike.

The Student Placement Committee has been consistently raising the bar with every year and successfully achieving 100% summer and final placements. Despite the global economic slowdown, SITM achieved near 100% placements for batch of 2009.
